It’s our last day in Hue. Kenric was healthy enough to get out of bed and join me for a Bun Bo Hue lunch. I’ve been eating the Beef Noodle Soup at this restaurant at least once a day. The lady must have thought I was weird. Check out the photo of our half-eaten noodles. Kenric and I are complete opposites in many ways – he ate all the toppings first whereas I ate alł the noodles first.
Very delicious Bun Bo Hue. The beef meatballs were spongy and soaked up the broth – very good. The blood cubes were quite tough. The broth is not as dark or spicy at the ones in the US.

Since we were not able to do any sightseeing, the best view we got of Hue was the view from our room. Maybe we’ll make our Hue back to Hue someday!
Well, this is the farthest away of Hue we’ve seen.
