Very talented musician. He learned to play the Morin Khuur in school.
The traditional Mongolian stringed instrument the two younger musicians were using is called the Morin Khuur (Horsehead Fiddle). The “Choo!” sound the musicians sometimes make is the cue for the horse to move forward. I wish I recorded the entire song.
