During low tide people can walk to the Tanah Lot. At high tide the temple appears as though it is floating in the ocean. I hope no one gets stranded.

Walking Our Favorite Trail in Ubud, Bali
The “Jalan Subak Sok Wayah Trail” is about 3.3 kilometers (2 miles) one way, but our entire walk was about 8 kilometers (about 5 miles).

We prefer Jalan Subak Sok Wayah over the Campuhan Ridge Walk because it’s a lot less touristy. It’s beautiful and the locals are really nice and friendly.
