We climbed 190 steep steps up the clock tower of the Evangelische Stadtpfarrkirche (Evangelical Church) in Sibiu, Romania. The 190 steps down felt scarier, but all worth it!
Transylvania Medieval Festival
It so happened that the Transylvania Medieval Festival in Sibiu happened during our visit. There’s a platform set up for people to take pictures while sitting on the throne. Two little brothers, one with a sword, and one with a shield, couldn’t stop play fighting for even a moment so their mother could take a photo. It’s totally innocent, but feels ominous. I’m obviously missing Game Of Thrones. No spoilers, please.
Also, look closely at the roofs. Do you see them? They see you.
