I know my posts about Sarajevo can be depressing, so I want to share some photos taken further away from the historic Old Town area. It’s a slightly different side of the city. The picture of the cable car was actually taken when we were here last year.

Fancy shopping malls with big grocery stores, but still no tofu.
Kenric reserved a car for tomorrow from a rental company in this mall. Mister better get some sleep; pick-up is at 9 am and we have a long drive!
From the cable car station, we walked out to and on the 1984 Winter Olympics Bobsleigh and Luge Track. The tracks were destroyed during the war (1992 – 1995), covered in graffiti, and some parts reclaimed by nature. It was an indescribable feeling to spend a few hours there.
