It was a beautiful day. We drove to Vlorë, a popular seaside town about two hours away from Berat. We arrived around 12:30 pm, and decided to go further south along the Ionian Coast to another seaside town, Dhermi.
About an hour later, as we were driving through the mountain pass in Llogara National Park, clouds were forming very quickly. There was so much moisture being pushed up from the ocean that it was beginning to affect visibility. From a vista point, we waved at Dhermi and turned around. We stopped in Vlorë on our way back and had a good meal.
The Albanian Riviera is just as beautiful as the Albanian countryside.
