Lángos (lang gosh) is a big piece of deep-fried dough. When topped with cheese, bacon, etc., it looks like a little pizza. We had ours with salt and garlic butter. It went really well with Santa’s Egg Nog. Then again, what doesn’t go with rum? We did some more shopping and then went back to the hotel to do some packing.
Later, we went back out to pick up a few last-minute items, and had a late dinner at the restaurant two doors down from our hotel. My dish, Pfandl a la Vienne, was surprisingly delicious. Kenric won’t admit that he likes it better than his own beef goulash.
