It didn’t rain earlier today, so we walked up the stairs where Waxy and the other cats always go. Imagine our surprise when Waxy greeted us. She was sitting on some steps in front of a door. She showed us around. I told her to stop by our place for dinner later.
Two Cats for Dinner, Please
At our own dinner, Kenric and I were seated outside. I gave two kitties some dry food. Suddenly, it started to rain heavily. They disappeared even though we were all staying dry under the awning. Actually, only one disappeared because the other one quietly parked herself next to Kenric. Kenric loves her pink nose. They took selfies.
The other one reappeared after about 30 minutes, and climbed on top of Pink Nose. Pink Nose positioned herself under Kenric’s open jacket, and started swiping at her little friend. They played like that for a while. The couple at a nearby table were quite amused. Later, Pink Nose left to sit with the lady. Kenric and the second kitty took selfies too.
Stood Up
It’s past 1:00 am now, and the rain has stopped. I put food out, and three different cats have eaten, but no Waxy. I was the fourth wheel at one dinner, and got stood up at another.
