This breakfast casserole is our favorite breakfast here in Redlands. The preparation involves letting it sit overnight in the fridge. Kenric set an alarm to put it into the oven at 7:00 am, came back to sleep, and took it out when the 7:45-am alarm went off.

It’s our favorite breakfast (I think I said that already), and Grandma was quite happy to be greeted by it this morning. Since she said we could go back to bed, I did and Kenric said he would too. Forty minutes later, Kenric is still enjoying his early breakfast with Grandma. Save me some for our usual breakfast time at around 10ish, Boyfriend!
